Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure PayPal on-line shopping basket.
If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us at 1-940-497-9035.
If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7

You will be receiving an Order Confirmation email within 24 hs of your checkout at PayPal
Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase we will do everything we can to help satisfy you. We
cannot accept returns on personalized items, some samples, and some of the candles.
If you need to return something, please send an email to Info@TheRoyalBall.com or call us at
1-940-497-9035 within 5 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept
authorized returns within 5 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Some items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs related to the return are the
responsibility of the customer.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. We also accept money orders and personal checks on
phone orders. These will have to clear before your order can be shipped.
Shipping
The Royal Ball uses UPS Ground or USPS Priority for most shipping within the United States. Shipping
charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart according to the following
table: IMPORTANT: Heavier items such as glass favors will be charged the actual UPS charges and
will be adjusted later.
International Orders
The Royal Ball accepts international orders only to Canada and UK. Please call us for special shipping
rates to your country.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 3 or 4 business days from the order acknowledgement date.
Rush Orders
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at The Royal Ball, please call us
during normal business hours at 1-940-497-9035 or send us an email at Info@TheRoyalBall.com. We
will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
No Minimum On Most Products
The Royal Ball has no minimum order requirement on most items; except on personalized items and a
few items which state so in their product description. Feel free to order samples.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). This is
because our office is located in Corinth, Texas. All other states are tax-exempt.
